The Hyla Brook Experience

In-house Inventory

No need to rent tables and chairs! The venue allows our clients to use all of our in-house inventory included in your venue rental. Current inventory includes:

  • Mix of table shapes and sizes!

    • (6) 8’L X 42”W wood farm tables (seating 6-10 guests)

    • (4) 48” round tables (seating 5-7 guests)

    • 60”round tables (seating 7-9 guests)

    • 72” round tables (seating 10-12 guests) (1) 4’ x 30” wood farm sweetheart table

  • Additional accent tables:

    • (1) 6’L X 36”W X 26”H wood farm table in the entryway for place cards, card box + guest book.

    • (1) 71”L X 17”W wood entry table with mirror.

  • 200 gorgeous cross back reception chairs.

  • 200 white garden ceremony chairs.

  • Indoor and outdoor custom bar.

  • (6) 36” round wood hight top tables. (4) 36”

  • (4) Black rocking chairs with (2) side tables

  • Fire pit with (6) Adirondack chairs and (3) side tables!

  • 6 Standing propane heaters available for an upgrade: $300 to cover fuel

Six Gender Neutral Restrooms

We feel it is so important to be inclusive at Hyla Brook Estate therefore we have gender neutral restrooms.

Included are:

  • 2 ADA accessible restrooms

  • The restrooms are situated in a convenient location between the lobby and outdoor areas!

  • We also stock each restroom with a bathroom basket full of lots of goodies to freshen up!

  • No need to purchase extra items - amazing added VALUE!

  • Each getting ready suite also has their own restroom with full shower, towels + toiletries.







Multiple Ceremony Locations

Six ceremony locations and counting!

  • Saying I Do to simplicity!

  • NO additional ceremony fees!

  • We have two covered ceremony areas under our covered porch + farmhouse breezeway.

  • The covered areas are the perfect Plan B In case of inclement weather or Plan A if wanting a little shade.

  • We also have al fresco ceremony locations including: the stone patio, rooftop deck, grassy lawn or facing the farmhouse.

  • So many choices - no two weddings will ever be alike!

  • If you like a specific area on the property we can create a ceremony space anywhere!
