    Need extra time? No problem!

    Add $250 for half hour or $500 per hour.

In-house Inventory

No need to rent tables and chairs! The venue allows our clients to use all of our in-house inventory included in your venue rental. This may include:

  • Mix of custom 8’ farm tables, 48”, 60” + 72” round tables (seating 6-12 guests).

  • Additional wood tables in the entryway for place cards and card box.

  • 200 gorgeous crossback reception chairs.

  • 150 white garden ceremony chairs.

  • Built in wood benches at our outdoor ceremony location.

  • Indoor and outdoor custom bars.

  • Hight top + low cocktail tables

  • Black rocking chairs

  • Standing heaters

  • Fire pit!

  • Exact inventory will be updated once purchased.

Six Gender Neutral Restrooms

We feel it is so important to be inclusive at Hyla Brook Estate therefore we have gender neutral restrooms. Included are:

  • 2 ADA accessible restrooms

  • 1 family restroom.

  • The restrooms are situated in a convenient location between the lobby and outdoor areas!

  • We also stock each restroom with a bathroom basket full of lots of goodies to freshen up!

  • No need to purchase extra items - amazing added VALUE!

  • Each getting ready suite also has their own restroom with full shower + towels.







Multiple Ceremony Locations

Six ceremony locations and counting!

  • Saying I Do to simplicity!

  • NO additional ceremony fees!

  • We have two covered ceremony areas under our covered porch + farmhouse breezeway.

  • The covered areas are the perfect Plan B In case of inclement weather or Plan A if wanting a little shade.

  • We also have al fresco ceremony locations including: the stone patio, rooftop deck, grassy lawn or facing the farmhouse.

  • So many choices - no two weddings will ever be alike!

  • If you like a specific area on the property we can create a ceremony space anywhere!
