STEP ONE:
Set-up an in- person or virtual zoom or face time tour. 
* Please check your spam folder if you do not see an email with a link to book a tour.
STEP TWO: 
We will create a custom proposal with transparent pricing to include the venue rental, bar package of choice and optional day-of coordinator
STEP THREE: 
Love the venue? Request a contract + non-refundable booking fee invoice to reserve your event date. We will only place your event date on a complimentary tentative 7 day hold once we send you a contract.

Please bring anyone you would like to see the venue prior to booking with you to the tour.
Here’s why:
We do not offer second or third tours.
Everyone can ask all of their questions.
Different perspectives are important.
Take your family on this wedding planning journey with a brand new venue.
It’s helpful to have a clear idea of your total wedding budget before visiting.

We want to ensure we realistically can fit into your budget.
We suggest putting together your guest list prior to touring venues to ensure you are looking at the right size venues (we would hate for you to fall in love with a venue to find out your guest count is over their max capacity).
We can help make the right vendor suggestions to help you achieve your budget.
Just a reminder, we do not hold dates without a request for a contract.
Here’s why:
We get so many inquiries for the same date.
We do not have the capacity to check in with each client to ensure they aren’t moving forward before allowing you to move with a contract.
To be fair to all clients, this is our policy to run an efficient event venue and offer transparent availability.
Once you are ready to move forward and request a contract, we will hold your date for 7 days.

We have curated a list of fabulous approved caterers who we know can bring your vision to life - no matter the style of cuisine or budget you are working within!

If you already have a favorite caterer in mind we will allow you to bring in your own pre-approved full service caterer, in addition to the caterers on our list below for a $500 off list fee.
Caterers are allowed to use our full commercial Kitchen! Please visit our FAQ page for our Kitchen inventory.
Caterer must meet the following requirements to work at our venue:
MUST be PRE-APPROVED
Licensed and insured
Sign our catering guidelines document with the venue
Offer full service catering (if they do not offer staffing for a full service experience, you are required to hire our additional venue catering support staff package to service the event)
Provide the venue with a COI listing the venue as an additional insured.
Kitchen Fee: $500 if selecting an alternative caterer not our preferred list below - must be pre-approved PRIOR to signing a contract. 
(Waived for food trucks that do not need to use our kitchen)
Interested in a catering proposal from on of our preferred caterers?
If you need to postpone or cancel your visit, please give us 24 hours notice.
Here’s why:
We block off time on our calendar to dedicate to your virtual or in-person tour.
We have limited tour availability due to offering a 15 hour private estate rental for our wedding and event clients.
Please respect our time if you are unable to attend a tour, please provide ample notice so we can allow another client to book that time.
